SMS usage of main RC number to be available for all users
Be able to set the auto-receptionist SMS to go to (inbound) several users, able to use the main line when replying

 commentedIt is ridiculous to have to switch back and forth manually and daily. Multiple persons should receive SMS at the same time. That was the purpose of getting SMS. If we were told about this critical limitation, we would not have chosen RingCentral.

 commentedThis is needed for our clients when sending automated updates or correspondence via the Monday integration (such as reminders of deadlines, or document needs). When the reply to number is an individual staff member, it causes confusion and possibly missed correspondence if that individual is out of the office or unavailable.

 commentedWith what is seemingly most folks communicating more with text, more than one office employee to handle the load is critical. This, and being able to download or print to PDF the text conversation to document the conversation is also critical. We would move from RC for another company if I learn other services have now or first - it is that important.

I don't want messages to come from multiple numbers when communicating with our patients. This is discouraging that this is not already available.

 commentedHaving all users be able to use SMS for our main office is EXTREMELY critical to our business. This will likely be a deal-breaker for our long-term use of RingCentral, if not resolved in the next few months.
