Separate field for name as well as fax number for outgoing faxes
This function was lost in the upgrade. We need this back to quickly sort our fax transmissions. We need the field of "fax number" along with "name" (name of recipient). After the upgrade, there is only one field for fax number available.

Currently, the RingCentral app allows faxing, but it is missing a critical component - a place to type in the recipient's name and info. This is basic fax information. Anyone sending a fax would want to indicate who it is being sent to, as well as to whose attention it is being sent. Without that option, RC sends a fax with the "To" lines completely blank. It looks entirely unprofessional, and this is wholly unacceptable. I'm told you can add the recipient's name/info on the RingCentral Phone app, but we don't want two apps. The point of the RC app is to be a single platform for all your communication activities. Please fix ASAP.

When using the RC App to create an outbound fax on the template/form, there's no place to enter the recipient's name without having to create a new contact or writing the name in the note field. Could the To field be modified or a field added to accommodate the recipient's name and not just their fax number for proper routing on the receiving end? Not everyone has direct deposit for faxes received. Thanks.
