Prompt stating that the call was from RingCentral or Specific Extension when forwarded to an External Number.If will be beneficial for the owner of the external number to know if the call was coming from their RC account.

We need the functionality of being able to receive an email notification when a call is routed to a specific extension... regardless of whether or not that call is answered or forwarded to another extension or external number. Currently your system seems to only treat a call as being missed if that call goes into voicemail, but we are not using voicemail for all our extension groups and need notification when the extension is called. Or in other words, we want to receive an email notification each time someone dials that extension.. no matter what happens with the call routing afterwards.
