Allow Disable Email Notification for Call Queue Voicemail to Co-Recipient
With the rollout of the feature in ENTCOM-I-84 (see https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-share...), Feature is indeed implemented, though to get it to work I had to have a support agent turn it on for our company account.One point of note, it would seem that once you add co-recipients to a Call Queue, when a new voice message comes in those co-recipients are being notified by email of the new VM. The new feature adopts that individual user's notification settings and sends them an email notification - even if the Call Queue group they're assigned to has notifications turned off. It would seem this feature missed implementing the ability to control whether co-recipients would receive email notifications. How it got through QA/QC/internal testing without anyone realizing this shortcoming is concerning.Please implement a means to control whether co-recipients are to receive an email notification about a voice message. "Hopefully this one doesn't take 3 years too."
