call queue identification
I am needing to be able to know what call queue I am answering, even when I am away from my desk. On our old digium system. I could get a announcement when I am answering for a specific queue. I have 3 queues currently. 2 are for our wholesale companies different locations, one is for the retail side. I would like to be able to have some of our wholesale guys answering calls for both queues. A simple announcement after answering is how the digium worked. It would announce "call from RO superstore" for our retail company. And not make us hit a number to accept the call.

Desperately need a way to identify source of call on the RC desktop, mobile and web apps.Currently there is no way to easily distinguish whether the caller dialled my extension directly, or called the queue for which I'm part of. This is crucial and a dealbreaker for us :(

We need the ability to mask the caller ID coming into individual’s cell phones. Customers call the number on Ring Central and we forward these calls to our cell numbers. We would like to have those calls forwarded come from a general Ring Central number, so that we pick up. We all get a lot of SPAM calls on our cells and normally do not want to pick them up so we miss customer calls. But if we see that it is from Ring Central, we would be able to know they are customers and pick up.
