Dial by extension
Option to enable/disable dial by extension. Locks a certain number of digits for new extensions.

There should be a toggle on/off for IVRs to allow or disallow dial by extension. There are times when public calls should not bypass the IVR, and depend on the reception desk to deliver or transfer calls. For extensions that should be reachable, we should be able to add it as an an option.
So disable and enable specific extensions by exception. OR other avail option
enable and disable extension by exception.This would allow for mass enablement or disablement of dialing by extension, and only allowing or disallowing specific extensions by exception. i.e. Maybe one or two people want to be able to be reached by direct extension dialing through the IVR. or vice versa.

should be able to disable dial by extension or name on IVRs and on any announcement in a call center environment. We should have total control over where a call can go from an IVR menu.

We need this feature as we have several iVR setups on the account. We should have an option to enable/disable dial by extension.

And enable / disable for all or just specific extensions.
