Call Queue Routing to Certain Members by Area Code
I would like for a call queue to automatically route calls to certain queue members by the caller's zip code.

I'm surprised this feature hasn't already been implemented. I work for a company that has regional offices throughout the country. We want callers from certain states to be routed to their region's appropriate customer service center. Right now, the only way to set it up is to go to the Call Queues -> queue name -> Call Handling and Members -> Custom Rule -> Rule Name -> Edit -> Caller ID -> and enter a Zip Code. The issue is that you can only enter one zip code at a time. I must enter every zip code in the country for each region's office. It's time-consuming.

I would like something similar but by state. If the system allowed, the caller could be prompted to enter the state by selecting the appropriate 2 digit code IE: Pennsylvania, PA would be 72, Maryland, MD would be 63 and so on. After entering numbers the call would be routed to a preselected que for that state.
