Include name and phone number of the sender for email notifications of SMS
Hi, one of our customers is requesting to include both the name and phone number of the sender in email notifications for SMS

Hello Team,
The customer is requesting that the SMS sender’s name be displayed, even when the contact is not directly saved in the RingCentral system. Currently, the contacts are stored in Microsoft 365 and synchronized with RingCentral; however, the customer is still unable to see the sender’s name in the email notifications and only sees the phone numbers. They only see the sender's name if the contacts are directly saved in the RingCentral system.
