It's hard to just keep replacing numbers, when it can be taken over and be fraudulently used by others.Benefit of such feature: business need

    I had random people calling me, saying that they get inappropriate call from my trucking main phone number.

    And I'm not even using the number.

    The Church main number has been used to call complete strangers and sometimes to try to scam them. It is of a great importance if we could protect our numbers from being used in this manner especially that most of our congregation is elderly. Thanks!

    Multiple times per day I'm getting calls on my business number from people telling me they received a call from my business. It appears my number is being used to robocall people throughout the day. As a result, my number shows up as a spam risk. Please fix this. I don't know what else to do.

    At least once sometimes 3 times per day someone is spoofing one of our numbers and dialing 911. 911 Dispatch continues to call our office and obviously, be less than friendly about the matter. I'm at a loss what to do...

    I have seen inventory numbers that are unassigned being used to call others within the business. Using our own basic caller ID as well. The calls are coming from outside the RingCentral network but are allowed through causing the issue of possible fraud. A feature to stop such calls would be greatly appreciated and should be fast tracked for legal purposes alone.

    Our business numbers are getting spoofed or receiving calls from spoofed numbers and spam calls. This is critically impacting our Sales department. Developing a solution to reduce or stop such activity within the RC application is necessary.

    Our business phone number is being spoofed by scammers today. I already filed a complaint with the FCC. Ring Central needs to implement a caller ID authentication system to prevent our numbers from being spoofed and used by scammers.
