I have a healthcare business and have been getting angry calls from people saying they are going to report my number for spamming them, when we have no log of calling them. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

This feature should be implemented ASAP. We are also getting a lot of callers complaining of harrassing calls appearing to originate from numbers assigned to our system.

We need this feature implemented ASAP. We are getting a lot of complaints of our phone numbers being spoofed.

We have no record of the outgoing phone calls - these would be calls from our extension lines. It appears that someone is using out phone numbers to dial out. I spoke to tech support about this and they sent me this link and told me to post my comment regarding this. I've had multiple calls to my active line with Ring Central. The majoritiy have been telemarketers wanting me to register my line with Siri search but a few recently have been spoofing calls. Here is a screenshot of my most recent call log screen.

This is continuously occurring. Scammers are spoofing our Ring Central numbers, calling victims, and then victims are calling back directly to our end users to curse them out. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

We have received multiple calls over the past couple of weeks where the caller is asking why we called. There is no outbound record of these calls in RingCentral but the callers insist that we called. The most recent caller stated they will be reporting our business to the BBB due to the non-stop calls. There has to be a recourse to stop spoofing calls. It is now past the nuisance stage and is affecting our business in an extremely negative way.

This is very important need as there are no controls to stop spoofing in admin.

This is an ongoing problem with our company. We have gotten multiple complaints that someone is using our phone number to spam people with up to 20 calls each.

Just had this happen to me today; I received a random call, and the caller called me by name and asked me why I called them yesterday when I didn't. I told her that I never called her, and she told me I'm the 2nd person to tell her that today.

This has been happening to our business numbers too. Someone is spoofing our numbers to spam phone calls. Is there anything that we can do?

We are receiving calls from random callers stating that someone has called from our company stating that they won a free from and they had to give all their information to claim the prize, we need you to please make note of this, we don’t do give aways nor ever do call solicitations of exchanging information for prizes. Please help us understand how we can we avoid scam caller id spoofing our phone number.

We have been receiving calls from random people trying to figure out why we keep calling them to sell various services. We are a law office and don't sell anything to the general public.

Just happened to my company too! This is so inconvenient and needs to stop. If RC has the rights to these numbers, how are people using them to call out to others and RC has no way of tracking this.

Someone is calling from a number I do not own but my name comes up on caller ID and also if you call that number back it rings my number. They are insurance and I’m in insurance so makes me sound like I’m not being truthful. I NEVER telemarket so do not want my business associated with a spam caller. Please prevent this from happening.

Just got 3 calls today one after another spoofing on my main business line.
This is a problem.

We are a law firm and this has been happening to us fairly regularly. We closed down several of our line to prevent it from happening. However the spoofers have now begun using our main marketing number which is tied to many key internal automations and valuable SEO. In other words, we can't simply close down this number without significant economic repercussions.

We received a call from someone stating that they received a call from one of our numbers asking them about Medicare. We are not a Medicare affiliate. Not even in the medical community. We do highway maintenance. A scammer had spoofed our number to scam this person. I've discussed all this with RC Support and dealt with the situation, but this has got to stop happening.
