 commentedWhen creating a Call Monitoring group in the RingCentral Admin Portal, users assigned as "can be monitored" receive a system-generated email stating: "An administrator of the RingCentral phone system has given the following person permissions to monitor your calls." Administrators have expressed concern about this notification and are requesting the ability to disable or suppress this message, especially in environments where monitoring is standard operating procedure.
