...t have it set to assign access to recordings by site. Might also be beneficial to be able to assign by user group. I would also like to see an audit trail in the call logs of who is accessing someone's recording as well as who downloaded it.. I think this would be beneficial for companies that have to deal with confidential information like health and financial organizations in order to stay within the laws and guidelines surrounding this information (HIPAA, etc).

There should be an option to allow certain users access to other users direct call recordings. We should be able to delegate a department supervisor access to their employees recordings.

In larger companies it is often a requirement for calls to be recorded and for certain classes of staff to have access to call recordings of individuals or groups of employees. Admins complain that they do not have adequate tools to grant end users access to the call logs without giving too much access. Especially access to delete call recordings which they absolutely do not want to grant end users access to.
