Option to include IVR Menus within the Company Directory
I've seen multiple requests from our Channel Partners and now have an actual Customer request to be able to include IVR Menus within the Company Directory (just like we can with Call Queues, Paging Only extensions, Message-Only extensions, Announcement-Only extensions, etc...). Receptionists and/ur Users would love the ability to leverage the HUD to be able to transfer a call directly to a pre-configured IVR.

Just migrated from Mitel Cloud and came here to suggest this. In Mitel you could include an IVR Menu in the Company Directory. Echoing the comment above, there should be a checkbox like there is in Call Queue, Message Only Ext, etc.. in the IVR menu settings to include in Company Directory so a user can transfer a caller directly to the IVR Menu by name. Instead you have to do a workaround of making a Video Pro user that is visible in the directory for the sole purpose of sending that extension to the IVR.
