Incoming caller ID for Internal calls
Customer would like to have an additional tab or rule that would display the primary number for incoming calls instead of the caller ID on the Outbound Call/Faxes that is currently specified.
For example:
The current set up is Outbound Call/Faxes>
Caller ID>For internal calls> Display my phone number> it showing the Company main number set for all users since it is their selected caller ID for external/ outgoing calls.

We need to resolve a Caller ID issue where external phone numbers are not appearing on RingEX.
Currently, RingCX correctly displays the caller's actual phone number. However, the moment a call is transferred to RingEX, the Caller ID reverts to "The Union Bank Company." Additionally, any external call made directly to a RingEX user shows the same bank name instead of the caller's number. Our goal is for the original external phone number to be visible on RingEX in all scenarios.
