Western Australia is 2 hours ahead of AEDT. IF you follow AEDT 5PM it will be 3PM in WA.
in WA all the offices working till 5PM. So please do not interrupt WA working hours.
Please push it after 5PM WA time or after 7PM AEDT. -

A firmware update could impact services in Western Australia with the time difference, and could have a severe impact to our medical clinics during a medical emergency if phone services are affected.

We have several medical clinics in Western Australia using RingCentral services - a firmware update at 5pm AEDT is 2pm or 3pm here in Western Australia - this timing could have severe impact to patients if phone services are affected during medical emergency
