Archiving AI Summaries
The ability to archive all AI generated reports from phone and video calls as well as any general transcripts from phone/video calls. I’m in the financial services industry, it’s important for us to have an easy way to archive all client information from recorded and transcribed conversations.

I wouldn't have thought there was a need for this since I receive transcriptions after every call. They're nice in case I need to double check a data point I might not have been sure of from my manual notes. For the first time ever I completely relied on it to take down all of my clients data and it failed. RC has no idea what happened and refuses to look into it further. Resigned to the assumption that the is not available. The result will be the loss of a big client. Unacceptable. This is apparently the solution for the next time the software fails.

We would need call transcripts and summaries to be archived just like our call recordings.

This is crucial that we be able to have transcripts and summaries to be archived just like our call recordings. We never know if we will need to rely on such information in an eviction or court proceedings.
