AGREED! We just text enabled our business numbers and this has been a pain point for anyone doing high volume and responding to specific groups of orders and information. We do fast paced business and the ability to REPLY to specific messages is CRITICAL for our biggest customers.

We use a team line handled by a call queue and this issue is VERY consistent and causes inefficiency and interruption. Please fix this!!

We cannot have a desk phones and mobile/desktop apps ringing at the same time when selecting users to ring at the same time as each other. This is a severe limitation- please get this fixed!
