This is a little bit insane to me- we were never told about a limit and one of our sales people is now losing text history with customers because of this. RingCentral - you need to provide a solution for this, this actively damages our ability to do business.

We cannot have a desk phones and mobile/desktop apps ringing at the same time when selecting users to ring at the same time as each other. This is a severe limitation- please get this fixed!

AGREED! We just text enabled our business numbers and this has been a pain point for anyone doing high volume and responding to specific groups of orders and information. We do fast paced business and the ability to REPLY to specific messages is CRITICAL for our biggest customers.
