Ability / option to remove / delete the first born user on the account
For business continuity the customer wanted to have the ability or option to totally remove/delete the main super admin of the account. In addition, the customer would also like to have an option to remove or edit the user details even if they have an active directory.

I don't know why the admin portal uses "Users" instead of "Extensions". It's misleading. Tying the Primary Super Admin account to an extension is stupid - since USERS leave companies - not extensions - and assuming that an existing user with an already assigned extension that is used in phone trees and known by clients will change their extension as an assignment of a security role is absurd.
