RC App print to fax plug-in for multiple attachments
Print to fax directly from the browser or other application using RC App print to fax plug-in
When using the old RC Phone App (Spartan) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will just add up (normal)
When using the New RC App Glip (Jupiter) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will replace the previous attachment (not normal)
In ther words, only 1 attachment is allowed at a time.
Customer requested that if possible to mirror the functionality of RC Phone app print to fax plug-in

I believe this issue has been resolved, although I didn’t see anything noted in the release notes. Before I share this update with my staff, can other users confirm whether this feature is now working on their end as well?

Hello,
Do we have an update when this will be back yet? All of our users here are still asking nearly every day when it will be back and I would love to tell them any kind of possible chance of it being soon.

Hello,
I noticed that our Ring Central Fax app is no longer working well to send multiple documents. It's fine if I drag and drop, but sometimes, that is not an option. Sometimes, I just print to "Ring Central Fax", and it would be great if we could still send other documents with it as well.
With the newer upgrade, it now "wipes out!" any queued documents. . .then we have to send all of the documents in separate faxes. We would love to have this previous functionality back!
Thanks,

Any update from RingCentral on when this will be potentially resolved?

As a daily user of the print-to-fax feature, I rely heavily on the ability to send multiple attachments directly from multiple browser tabs without having to download or save files locally. This functionality, which worked seamlessly before, saves significant time and helps conserve storage space on my computer. However, the new update currently replaces the previous attachment with each new print action, preventing multiple files from being attached in a single fax. I strongly recommend restoring the original functionality to support multiple attachments, as this feature is essential for efficient workflow.
