Shorten the voicemail duration a caller can record
We have contacted support to inquire about voicemail, our expectation is the voicemail message a caller can record the message is 3 minutes however we are getting 20 minute voicemail recordings in our logs, we have connected to support to see if there is a way to shorten the recording time for VM however I was informed that there is no way to do that, it would be better if there is an option in the online account where we can shorten this

We believe this enhancement would not only benefit our organization but also other customers who manage high call volumes. We would appreciate this request being considered for a future update. 3 minutes should be the maximum.

Messages > 3 minutes are unnecessary. If that is the case, then a full conversation is needed. Please shorten the voicemail length.

3 minute should be the maximum. There is no need for anyone to leave anything longer.

this has been an ongoing issue with feedback given over 1 year and ring central not addressing, disappointing from a client viewpoint

After receiving a 13 minute voicemail from a junk caller I feel it is imperative to find a solution for this problem. This should be an easy fix.

We put in a similar request and was also told they can't shorten but we have employees complaining about 20-minute messages due to pocket dials.
