Display Custom Customer Info on Yealink Phones
The customer would like to customize the caller ID display on Yealink desk phones for calls routed through a Call Queue. Specifically, when a customer dials the company hotline and the call is answered by a user in the queue, they want the phone display to show additional internal information associated with the customer’s extension or account.
Current Behavior:
Currently, the phone displays:
The Call Queue number that was dialed (e.g., Hotline Number), and
The caller's phone number.
Requested Behavior:
Instead of displaying just the phone number in item #2, the customer would like to show custom text such as:
COMPANY ABC - 12345
Where:
"COMPANY ABC" is the customer company name.
"12345" is an internal extension or customer reference ID.
This enhancement would help staff instantly identify the customer account associated with an incoming call, improving response quality and efficiency.

Subject: Provisioning desk phones with extension instead of DID on display Line
Description:
We are using YeaLink SIP-T33g phones and I don't want to display a users DID on the top line of the phone, but rather a person's internal extension. I know you can go into each phones settings manually but this is a pain to set up. Can you set up a custom configuration so i don't have to go into each phone manually and also risk it getting written over when it goes to provision again? Or is there a way to do this through the admin interface? Thank you.
