Switching Super Admin who created the account
There should be a better transition for A Super Admin who created the account to be switched to another member on the team. Our Director was leaving and I had to manually switch all information. None of the direct messages or teams switched over, so that is a big privacy breach, as I could see all of her old messages, and she could see all of mine. Not to mention i had to call customer services 4 different times, for a total of 5 hours just to switch our super admin who created the account. This should have a better process.
