Allow roaming user to sign in to phone over another user
RingCentral should allow roaming users to sign in to any phone whether it is assigned to another user or not. The "hotdesk phone" functionality is nice, but it doesn't allow calls to be placed from the phone unless someone is actively signed in. This feature was available in our last phone system.
