Persistent Wallboard Access for Performance Dashboards
I am writing to submit a feature request regarding the accessibility of the Performance Reports (specifically: https://analytics.ringcentral.ca/performance-report/default/users)
The Problem:
Currently, the customer wants to display this dashboard on a wall-mounted monitor for their technicians to monitor real-time KPIs. However, the URL requires a manual login every time a session expires or a browser restarts. This is not feasible for a headless display or a shared office screen, as it requires an admin to manually enter credentials on a public-facing device.
The Request:
We need a way to generate a Secure Public URL or a "Wallboard Mode" Token. Specifically:
Persistent Access: A link that remains active without requiring a manual username/password entry every 24 hours.
Read-Only View: A version of the dashboard that displays data but locks out the ability to change settings or access other parts of the account.
Current Impact:
Without this, their team lacks real-time visibility into their performance metrics, or they are forced to use "session-keep-alive" workarounds that are less secure than a native "Public Link" feature would be.
