I agree with this. When a call is transferred it will continue to show the person that transferred the call not the number or caller that is actually talking. For example. Sara takes a call, she needs transfer to Amanda. She warm transfers it to Amanda stating I had Peter on the line, Amanda said put him through. Amanda and Peter are now talking but the AI transcript still shows Sara and Amanda and Peter is showing up as Sara. It should show up as Peter or the phone number Peter called from.
