To better support your current localized infrastructure, we have submitted a formal feature enhancement request to our product team advocating for an alternative MSI/EXE installation package and optimized synchronization protocols for non-cloud setups. This requested update aims to bridge the current platform gap, ensuring a stable and reliable RingCentral Scheduler experience without requiring an immediate upgrade to a cloud-hosted Microsoft environment.
