Shared inbox for Message Only Extension
SMS Recipients should be increased. Currently, only one user can be set to receive SMS on the site level. This is very inconvenient. Also, Message-Only Extensions should be allowed as SMS Recipients.

Sites can be configured to have multiple recipients by acquiring a SMS Booster license for each of the recipients.
Support for Message Only Extensions shared inbox will be reviewed and aligned.
