I want to do an internal warm transfer a to a deskphone that is on DND
We would like the ability to perform a warm transfer to a user even when they have Do Not Disturb (DND) enabled.
The reason for this request is that some staff members have schedules or availability that are not known to the rest of the office. Before transferring a caller, our team would like to speak with the intended recipient first to confirm they are available to take the call. If they are available, we can then complete the transfer. If they are unavailable, we can return to the caller and handle the call appropriately instead of transferring them to an unavailable user.
