ringcx recordings
I think a great feature for accessing RingCX recordings would be to have them accessible through the desktop application, very similar to how you can access the for RingEX.
Currently from my understanding, you either have to use ACE or go into the analytics portal find the right pre built report open it up and search for your recording.
Whereas with RingEX, there's just a simple tab, you can select it go back through your call history and listen to the recording so simple.
It would make life so much easier then having to navigate to another link and another page.
