SMS to be sent via email consisting the whole SMS message
The customer would like to have the entire body/content of SMS messages sent automatically forwarded to her via email.
Currently, the customer is aware that SMS activity can be monitored through the SMS Logs and Analytics within the RingCentral Admin Portal. We have educated the customer on these available options for tracking SMS activity.
However, the customer's specific requirement is to receive the complete SMS message body/content via email, rather than having to access the SMS Logs or Analytics to review the message details.
Requested Enhancement:
Add an option to configure email notifications for SMS messages that includes:
The complete SMS message body/content.
The sending extension/user (e.g., Ext. 102).
The recipient's phone number.
Date and time of the SMS.
Ideally, the ability to configure which extension(s) trigger these email notifications.
