Access to sent faxes from the fax machine through the RingCentral portal or RingCentral App
The customer would like an option to view sent faxes from the physical fax machine through the Service Web or RingCentral App. This behavior has been replicated, and sent faxes are currently displayed only in the logs. However, the customer needs access to the actual fax documents for visibility and record-keeping either from Service Web or RingCentral App.
