Ability to update location of unmapped newly ported numbers in bulk
Current Behavior: The "Other states / Other Area" designation is expected platform behavior for ported numbers whose originating rate center does not map to a RingCentral-owned local inventory area code; the geographic location tied to a ported number cannot be re-labeled independently of the number itself. To display a correct local state/area code, the number must either be replaced with local inventory.
