Problem Statement:
Currently, when creating or modifying sites in the RingCentral Admin Portal, the routing interface requires a mandatory radio-button selection. Administrators cannot deselect options or set a site status to "Undefined."
Proposed Solution:
Option 1 (Inheritance Toggle/Radio Option): Add an explicit option within Site Routing settings such as "Inherit Parent Site Routing" or "Undefined / Default" alongside existing radio selections.
Option 2 (Deselectable Radio / Clear Selection): Allow administrators to clear routing selections on sites so they function under the undefined inheritance model without requiring custom template provisioning from Professional Services.
