AI Langauge Selection
The customer has already selected their preferred language, but the AI continues to prompt for language selection each time the customer is routed to a submenu.

We have been getting a lot of complaints from customers asking why they need to choose English when this is America and English is the primary language. Why not ask if Chinese, Russian other languages are not asked? Maybe change the greeting to allow a customer to choose Spanish if they prefer and proceed in English?
