Export User Caller ID Settings
In the Admin Portal, please add more fields to the "download user list" option. For example, I need to verify the outbound caller ID settings for all of my users, but I was told by RingCentral support that there is currently no way to export that particular data. I'll have to check hundreds of RingCentral users individually.
The caller ID data I'm referring to is in the Admin portal under Users, then select the user, then select Outbound Calls/Faxes, then Caller ID. In my case, I'm looking for the "By phone", "By feature" and "Phone Number" on fax cover pages.
