Currently, when an administrator updates the time zone configured for a site, the time zone settings on the individual desk phones do not automatically follow the site's updated time zone. Administrators may need to manually update the time zone configuration for each user or desk phone to ensure the displayed time is correct.

Requested Enhancement:

Implement functionality that automatically synchronizes the time zone settings of desk phones with the time zone configured at the site level.

Whenever an administrator changes a site's time zone, the associated desk phones should automatically inherit the updated time zone without requiring individual device configuration.

Business Justification:

Reduces the need for administrators to manually update the time zone on individual desk phones.

Ensures consistent and accurate time display across all desk phones within a site.
