Option to Upload Documents Within the Workflow Builder
We propose enhancing the workflow builder by adding a feature that allows customers to upload files directly into the system or workflow.
This functionality would enable the uploaded files to be automatically sent to their respective clients.
Additionally, clients would be able to respond by attaching completed forms or relevant documents, which would then be automatically received by the original customer through the system.
Implementing this feature will significantly improve the efficiency and functionality of the workflow process, providing a seamless and automated method for document exchange.6 votes -

Make the 'Allow to start and stop recording' option available to all RingCentral customers.
When a customer schedules a RingCentral meeting, the "Allow to start and stop recording" option under Advanced Settings is missing. We were informed that this feature is not intended for general customers and is currently limited to internal staff and technical partners.
We kindly request that this feature be made available to all RingCentral customers in a future release.

Allow to Customize the Default Tab when Opening the RingCentral App
It would be beneficial to provide our customers with the option to select their preferred default tab upon opening the RingCentral application.
Currently, when the RingCentral app is launched, it automatically opens to the Messaging tab. However, some of our customers prefer the Phone tab to be displayed by default when they open the app.

Store Microsoft Exchange connection data
When (re-)connecting the RC application to a Microsoft Exchange account, the user has to provide the following data in order to complete that task successfully:
- their email address or domain\username
- their password
- their Exchange server version
- their exchange EWS url
Out of these four (or five, if you count emails and domain\user separately), many users will have two readily available: email and password; some maybe even only know their password.
This is because:
- their username (which could be their email address) is stored on their computer's login screen, and they are only asked for their password on login

Make Reminders More Noticeable
The feature of making a reminder for a chat message is great. It's better than how I used to do it before by marking a chat as unread. However, I do not pay much attention to the Reminders tab icon with the orange dot. It is not that noticeable. I would like Reminders to remind me in a more active way like the notification to join an RCV meeting that is about to start. And I also wish for it to have an option to either dismiss or snooze the notification just like the Outlook calendar event notification. I hope…

SMS Icon Location Optimization
I have noticed that it has become a little cumbersome to select a contact, click the 3 dots, then select the text icon. I would like to do this within 1 click (Hover, then click on Text).
Currently, hovering over a contact you get your options, however I believe there is no way to customize which icons you want to see.
For example, I'm not interested in seeing the "Message" icon and would rather swap it out for the "Text" icon.
