Ability to assign Custom Fax Cover Page to all Users with Extensions (Company )
Hello, we would like to use our Custom Fax Cover page for the entire company, (users with extensions) We must provide a disclaimer on our fax cover page as we send faxes with sensitive data. Currently our only option is to assist each of our end users to use the RC App or RC Phone App walking them through adding the custom cover page, and using the application to send faxes. We'd prefer to use SMTP / email to send out faxes, but then it reverts to using the templates provided by RingCentral. Currently it is 'Contempo' but it does…

Checkbox beside Fax Messages (to check off when fax has been reviewed)
I get so many fax messages, and I can't always check them right away. Usually I'll save the fax message as a PDF if the relevant file folder (for client files -- I'm a lawyer). But I don't always have time. It would be great if there were a checkbox beside each fax message, so we could check it off once we've dealt with the fax message (saved the file to the relevant folder). (I don't want to delete them). And otherwise, as I'm going through the list, it's hard to keep track of which fax messages I've reviewed

Need setting to be able to change fax download folder location in desktop app
After a fax is sent, then download it (using icon on right). It defaults to downloading to the local PC Downloads folder. However, in a business environment, we must be able to customize this to download to another drive and folder. Storing to local PC is not good.

Use Flashlight App to help remove shadows when taking photo of a document for RC Mobile App Fax
When creating and sending a fax from the RC mobile app, end users are seeing shadows on documents which diminish the quality of the image/document they intend to scan. The request is to use the device flashlight to help remove undesired shadows when taking a picture of a document when sending a fax from their mobile App.

...l receive the transmission result and not the email address added to the transmission result messaging notifications.. Right now the only workaround is to put a dummy email on the messaging notification for fax transmission to enable it, and for the sender of the fax to receive the fax transmission result, it will be easier to configure for everyone if there's a certain option who to received the fax transmission since not everyone knows the workaround and it will save time to other businesses calling support to configure and to find the workaround to address their needs.

Auto Reply for Sent Fax Confirmations
Allow for either an automatic fax reply to be sent as confirmation for a received fax, or allow for the option of sending a fax received confirmation directly from the message email where the documents are downloaded.

FAXES--Very Important for Attorneys Legal Issue
As attorneys, we must prove to the court a fax was submitted to the opposing party or attorney especially when the opposing attorney says they never received it. This is very critical when it comes to denial and statute of limitations as the timeline goes. Block SPAM Faxes using OCR and User defined Phrases
It would be great if RingCentral could perform an OCR on incoming faxes and check them against a list of phrases. If the Fax contains a user defined phrase just quietly move it to a spam folder and not notify anyone.Even better would be the capability to setup a list of named filters each with a list of phrases. Fill in Fax without making a contact
We fax to many companies and lenders that are NOT contacts. We would like the ability to fill in the fax cover sheet manually, not make a contact first. That is very time consuming and not a good use of time.

Outbound Fax Cover Page Info Profiles

Email to fax - failed responses for errors
The request is to identify valid users and send them back an error or fax failed message to encourage them to re-send the email with an attachment. Currently, email to fax without an attachment gives no response - and is dropped by the Proofpoint spam filter.
