Visibility for Faxes Blocked by Robocall in Admin Portal

Description of Request:
Currently, when inbound faxes are blocked by the Robocall or spam protection feature, there is no visibility in the Admin Portal indicating that a fax attempt was blocked. Administrators are unable to confirm whether a missing fax was rejected due to Robocall filtering or another reason.Business Impact:
Customers report missing or expected faxes without any record in the fax logs. This leads to confusion, repeated troubleshooting, and difficulty confirming whether the fax was intentionally blocked by the system. Medical, legal, and business users are especially impacted when…1 vote -

Suspected Robocall
Please add a feature that allows disabling the flagging of incoming faxes or calls as suspicious or spam without requiring each number to be manually added as a trusted contact, as managing them individually would be a never-ending process.

Cannot select text on a sent fax within the iOS app
Occasionally a fax will fail to send. When that happens it would great if we could tap on the sent fax in the app (iOS) and highlight and select the text located in the 'comments'. That way we could paste this verbiage and try communicating it to the recipient by other means without having to type it all out again.

Forced to select a contact when Faxing
Please add an option to skip contact selection when a fax number matches multiple entries. Currently, we are forced to pick a name, which auto-fills the cover page incorrectly. We need the ability to simply enter a fax number and proceed so the cover page remains generic or unaddressed to a specific individual.

Our company have several numbers with Mobile licenses that appear in RingCentral Portal account but are not accessible as an option to be selected as a "Fax" number for individual user accounts. It would be great to be able to select any number that appears in our RingCentral Portal account to be a fax number.

Date and time stamp for when recipient receives a fax
Currently, the date/time stamp on a fax is from when it is sent. We need the date/time stamp to reflect when the fax was received by the recipient.

Fax Confirmation Document
A formatted, formal PDF document (not the email confirmation) that can be generated anytime by the sender in their RingCentral app (do not need to have admin access) and details including:
- heading that this is a fax confirmation
- fax date & time (in respective time zone)
- sender name & organization
- sender phone# & fax#
- recipient name & company
- recipient phone# & fax #
- subject of fax (new field added to outgoing fax)
- status of fax transmission - delivered or failed, reason for failed if did not go through, if not all the pages went through, etc.

Our users require enhanced workflow management tools for processing faxes directly within the RingCentral Desktop Application.
The core need is the ability to:
Tag/Highlight Faxes: Apply custom tags (e.g., "Invoice," "Patient Intake," "Urgent HR") to instantly categorize the fax type.
Leave Comments/Notes: Add internal, persistent notes to a specific fax (e.g., "Requires manager approval," "Follow-up needed by EOD," or specific processing instructions).
Track Status: Implement a simple status indicator (e.g., "New," "In Progress," "Completed") to clearly define where a fax is in the processing pipeline.

In the previous version of your outbound fax print driver, the Send Later function would default to the date and time selected for the previous fax sent. You removed this default which we use every Friday for a group of faxes to be delivered Monday morning. Put it back in.
