Fax cover page receiver Incorrect information

Sent Fax on multiple contact with the same number will always show the first contact saved on the sent list
In Fax cover page of the actual fax, it will prioritize by order alphabetical & number
so if you have 3 contact with the same number like eg, Test 1 test 2 Test 3

Receive faxes 1 page at a time
I have an idea to be able to view each page as it comes in, instead of waiting for the entire fax to be received. This helps for our case in particular with needing the first 2 pages for referrals and we would be able to call on them quicker rather than waiting for 80 pages to come in.

Fax Sender Name
Customer is requesting for them to change/ edit the Fax Sender Name when sending faxes. Currently the only option is to follow the extensions name as the normal behavior.

Internal Fax Outlook Displays
Wanting to correct internal fax to email notifications to mirror same patterns of actually displaying/sending the attachments and cover letters of a fax the same as the external traffic displays and receives the data. Currently internal communication only notifies staff to check portal for the fax data over sending the data directly via an outlook email.

Improve Fax Transmission Reliability for Toll-Free to Toll-Free Numbers
Currently, when both sender and recipient use toll-free numbers, faxes are routed through a generic path since toll-free numbers lack fixed geographic endpoints. This routing is less reliable and often results in failures. We request an improvement in how TFN to TFN fax traffic is handled, with more robust routing, better support for explicitly setting the “sent from” toll-free fax number, and clearer error feedback when failures occur.

Inbound Fax Format Adaptation or Override Mechanism
Problem Statement
While the majority of inbound faxes are successfully received via T.38, isolated instances occur where certain senders transmit faxes using non-T.38 formats (typically voice/G.711). In these cases:The system does not identify the call as a fax, treating it as a voice call.
The fax fails to be processed, and no fallback handling is in place.
The burden of resolution falls entirely on the sender, who may not have technical control over their fax equipment or carrier routing.
This results in negative customer impact, particularly when:

Ability to install print to fax plugin for multi station purposes
We need an ability to use print to fax plugin for multi station. We need this so that users can moved into different stations and we don't need to reinstall the plugin again for it to work.

Fax-Only License
We would like to request the availability of dedicated fax licenses or extensions that can be connected directly to a fax machine without requiring a full RingEX license.
The current RingEX license includes many features—such as voice, messaging, and video—that are not utilized in a fax-only setup. As such, using a full license for a dedicated fax line is not cost-effective and does not align with the actual usage.
A more streamlined and affordable fax-only license would be a better fit for these scenarios.

Allow people to fax RingCentral efax numbers from analog fax machines without requiring the "1" country code
Allow people to fax RingCentral efax numbers from analog fax machines without requiring the "1" country code. Currently you are able to fax between RingCentral accounts without requiring the country code, however if you try to send a fax from an analog fax machine to a RingCentral number the same way the fax fails to send. Adding the "1" country code to that same failed fax allows it to send properly, but not every person who sends faxes is aware of this requirement causing them to fail to send.

Editing Fax Cover Sheet

Need to be able to edit the cover page on the fax.
Our company cover page keeps disappearing and when added back to the cover pages, it cannot be edited, nothing can be added to it. Can't even add an optional note when sending the fax. Please fix ASAP.4 votes -
I want "None" as option under Cover page drop down in Admin portal Login.
As Ring Central states, "It does not have to be used if not needed" regarding the cover page selection, but there is no option to select "None" in the cover page selection dropdown.

RingCentral Unified App Should Have the Same Print-to-Fax Settings as the RingCentral Phone App
Auto-print to fax on the unified app only prints single sided. With the RC Phone app, it automatically print incoming faxes double-sided via their Lab Black and White printer.
With the old app (before installing and using the new app) an incoming fax would print. If we check the voicemail it would be a saved message (no blinking light). And if the fax failed to print then extention 101's phone message light would blink and there would be a new message when we checked the voicemail. Disable inbound faxes
Disable inbound/receiving faxes on the whole account, including the main company number and main fax number. Especially to plans that has a pre-added faxing features.
