  2. If we enable the email to fax there should be an email that RingCentral can provide to us so we can provide that email to external people that wants to send a fax using their email address. The one that you have on the system is sending. I meant receiving. I need to have an email that is provided by ringcentral that we can provide to external people so they can send email to us.

  3. For Cover Sheet Templates, users should have some way to populate the TO fields.

    From other users Idea's out there it sounds like the TO fields should be pulling from contacts (I read people wanting the option to do something other than use contacts, but for me the contacts doesn't even work). Support told me today that is not an option. I've tried populating our contacts and the cover page doesn't pull the info so this is just a big missing piece to me (we can use our own word documents, but think this is a basic function most faxing…

  5. The scenario is that a "site" has a physical fax machine with an attached Cisco ATA. Standard inbound and outbound faxing from the device works as expected. We would like to designate that fax machine as the main "fax number" for that specific site, so that the associated users in that site can also be assigned that phone number as their OUTBOUND fax number. This process would centralize all received faxes to come out at the physical device, but allow sending of faxes from both the machine, and electronically from any user in the site with the RingCentral app available…

  8. Wanted to be able to create a custom rule or a fax recipient option based on their phone number. If someone sends a fax number from this number then it should go to this email 1, if another fax number sends from another number then fax message will go to this email 2. It will be depending on the sender's number that they will receive the incoming faxes.

  9. From time to time we send fax campaigns to other doctors with communication about our clinics. We use email-to-fax rcfaxbroadcast.com feature to which we had been pre-approved for years. Over the past few months we noticed that we cannot send out usual volumes when we need. We receive error 421 at our end informing that remote (your) smtp server defers emails after initial connection. Can someone please look into this as it looks like your SMTP servers try to defer high-volume email senders. Can we please investigate and lift the restrictions

  12. Currently, RingCentral lacks a feature that allows administrators to easily verify if email domain configuration is set up correctly for the email-to-fax function. Introducing a feature to display email domain configuration in the admin portal would streamline the verification process and ensure smooth functionality of the email-to-fax function.

  17. When we send faxes to multiple numbers using a custom cover page, instead of sending the transmission per number, we would like it to accumulate and send the confirmation at once, just like a regular fax when you use one of the existing cover pages.
