Fax Footer Settings to add disclosure (on all app resources)
We need the option in the admin portal to add a footer that contains a disclosure. This should be added ASAP. We are a financial institution, the disclosure is very important to our compliance. Please advise.

eFax Preview
When preparing a fax in the desktop app, the fax cannot be previewed prior to sending. This feature would be very useful to make sure it is correct prior to sending it. (FYI, Fax is not included in the Product Line below)

Option to change the recipient Name for faxing out.
when a same company phone number was saved under contact list with different names. Being able to search for faxes in messages by their phone number or their company name.
After attempting to search for faxes sent to the line, I discovered that you can't search just by phone #, or by company name, but that you have to use the first and last name fields. This makes it harder, as sometimes multiple people use one fax line, especially if they're in a company. It would be easier to search by phone # or by company name (if that company field is entered)

Allow In-App Messages RE; Voicemail & Faxes to Eliminate use of multiple platforms
Smaller businesses could benefit from having fax & voicemail in-app messages sent to all members of a call queue. Currently, the system is limited to one person being assigned in-app notifications, with email only notifications sent to other call queue members. A small business needs all members of the admin team to be notified in one place to reduce the number of platforms needed to conduct everyday business.

Fax Word Docs
I was able to fax files with .doc and .docx with .pdf Now, only .pdf's get through. I read there was an update that dropped the .doc extensions. Please bring this back.

Customizable auto reply for faxes
Working at an animal hospital, we get calls from senders wanting a confirmation that the fac was received. We also get many pharmacy requests and I think having a confirmation auto reply and being able to add a custome message like “We are currently understaffed and focusing on the patients in the hospitals. Fax requests will now have a 48-72 hour turn around time.” would be extremely beneficial. The ability to customize the auto reply message to your needs makes this added feature beneficial to any industry using the fax app.

Wanted to receive FAX email notifications for faxes sent to an ATA device (in addition to printing)
Currently functionality is limited to either receiving faxes via email notification attachment OR have them print physically by using a custom rule workaround to apply unconditional forwarding. We would like to have our business critical faxes in both physical printed form and digital dissemination at the time they are received.

Allow outbound fax cover sheets to be updated
When you send outbound faxes to someone, you can't specify a person, company, subject, or any of the outbound variables in the cover letter using the Ring Central Application.

Custom fax coverpage upload allowable for Email faxes please!!! - HIPPA
Good afternoon,I was very happy to see that Ring Central Desktop ap fax allows me to create a custom fax cover sheet to add on all outgoing faxes processed through the desktop ap because our company is required to have a specific HIPPA statement on our fax cover sheet. However, in attempting to streamline the efficency of outbound faxing by using the email fax submmission ##########@rcfax.com and typing into the subject line, the current RC platform doesn't allow this same custom coverpage to be uploaded into the default outgoing fax settings area. Therefore I have to still copy and paste…

Automatically print fax from RC Unified App.
I would like to be able to print automatically from the RingCentral Unified App. This is possible in the RC Phone Desktop App, but not in the RC Unified App.

Fax Outbound Caller ID number
the outbound fax number in transmission results should show the DID of the user NOT the main number to avoid confusion on the side of the sender

Fax confirmation PDF in RingCentral on fax page dashboard -not just in email.
We are using E-FAX for clinical records in our medication room. Our Med techs do not have email so they can't receive the fax confirmation page so a manager has to get the email and then save it for them.

Email to fax, let body of email be part of cover page
It's time you allowed the text in the body of an email sent to [number]@rcfax.com to be included as part of the cover page message to the recipient.

Fax without voicemail
Apparently if you turn off accept messages in order to stop voicemails you also lose the ability to receive faxes.
