  2. At the moment, when on an active call on the iOS Mobile app, if the device auto-locks during the call, it is difficult to access the keypad options including the ability to end the call.

    To end the call, or access any of the keypad options, you have to unlock your device and reopen the Ring Central app.

    Normal iOS behaviour when on an iPhone SIM call, or if using other communication apps like Teams, Google Meet etc, they retain the keypad and active call options at all times, even if the iPhone has auto-locked in the background.

  4. If I want to call my co worker, it should ring different ring than normal ring so they know its internal (coworker call).

  9. Please reduce the volume on the default hold music, or provide a way to control the volume for all users in the admin portal. The default hold music is too loud right now. It should be the same volume as an average person speaking.

  12. Able to receive multiple calls using the RingCentral App using only one User Extension credential.

    At the moment, it is able to receive 2 calls at the same time, but when the 3rd call is answered, it disconnects one of the active calls.

  14. I prefer on my desktop to have incoming calls ring in my browser & not on the desktop app. This is how it was set up at a previous company but the help chat said this is not an option. I want to keep everything open in my browser for ease of navigating when I'm on the phone.

  15. Being able to have an employee make calls from their personal cell phone and have the data tracked in RC and in Salesforce to use show up on the analytical reports (For Sales People). An option for them to be able to turn it on/off at any given moment. Or being able to link their cell number with RC to dial out between a certain time frame that will be tracked for the reports in RC and Salesforce.

    Est-il possible de mettre un délai après avoir terminé un appel sortant avant de prendre un appel entrant.

    Actuellement quand un agent prend un appel et qu'il raccroche on peut mettre un délai avant de prendre le prochain.

    Si un agent fait un sortant et qu'il raccroche il prend directement un entrant.
    ce délai éviterai de changer de statut pour finir des notes et l'oublie de se remettre en file.

  19. Feature Request : 1 Yealink Base with Multiple Yealink Handsets to Ring Sequentially.

    Details : Want to have the ability to set the sequence of how a call routes to 1 base with multiple handsets paired.

    Significance of the feature : To be able to maximize the wireless capability of the yealink cordless phone.

    Current behavior : No option to change the forwarding setting of a handsets that's paired to a single base station.

  20. Transfer a caller from a desk phone to another extensions voicemail. This can be done on the RC app but we need the feature to be on the desk phone.
    Typically we could press *55 and then the persons extension and it will send directly to another employee's voicemail.
