  1. Could we use ACO to automatically call carers at intervals throughout their overnight shift.
    If a carer doesn't answer these automated calls, it could indicate they've fallen asleep, and their visit would then be flagged for a quality review.

  2. ms voice authentication message should not start to play if the user have not answer their RingCentral phone or app.

    • Cody reports that ms voice authentication message will start to play even the user have not answer their RingCentral phone or app

    • This does not happen when ms voice authentication is sent to a cell number

    • The issue only happens if ms voice authentication is sent to a RingCentral number

    • Cx logs in to Microsoft using username and password and he will use voice authentication

    • The ms voice authentication message will then ask you to press pound

  4. On the soft keys for the physical phones allow the order to be changed. Currently on our PolyEdge phones we have New Call (which is pointless), then Intercom, Recent Calls (rarely used), then More. On the second screen we have Forward, DND, Page, and more. Ideally we would like to have the first screen have Intercom, Page, VMxfer (feature we have requested) with the DND, Recent calls and Forward on the second screen. It would streamline the process of handling calls.

  6. Partners and/or knowledgeable customers should be able to make changes in bulk for handsets. This can be limited to specific features that include multicast paging. RC wants to charge $$$ to update this feature (and others) that is a bulk update or multicast paging options should be enabled automatically. It is not unreasonable for customer to expect paging to all phone and/or overhead/external horns that exceed 25 devices. Schools and large organizations need this feature for emergencies and to meet requirements safety requirements for their employees or students.

  12. I want to receive a notification when I received a call on my added account on RingCentral App while logged in on the other account.

    For example: I am logged in on Account A and I received a call on Account B, I should receive the notification on my Account A that Account B has an incoming call and be able to answer it for convenience without needing to log out or log in

  14. Request to add a feature that allows background music to play on the speakerphone only when it’s activated.
    The customer's previous phone system allowed background music to be activated by entering a code, playing continuously whether or not the phone was on a call. The customer would like to have similar functionality in RingCentral.

  17. When you upload a mp3 or wav file for a custom voicemail or greeting the volume is obnoxiously loud. There is no way in the application or on the portal to adjust this. I contacted support today and they said this was already in the feature requests but could not find it. The ability to upload a custom greeting/voicemail file is great but, if the sound is as high as it comes across it causes distortion and just sound bad.
