    Device is provisioned manually but the connected Analog device cannot hear audios or media packet.

    The Analog device worked perfectly when connected to a Polycom ATA.

For the people making multiple calls to different numbers for the same person, I think it would be wonderful to be able to record your desired voicemail once then have an option to play that same recording on multiple different calls. Anytime you record something new it will erase the last one please #letmebelazy

  9. Currently, with headset controls disabled, a user can have multiple calls on hold simultaneously.

    Once headset controls are enabled, clicking the hold button toggles between calls meaning that one call is always active.

    Feature Request: For users to be able to manage multiple calls on hold in the REX app regardless of whether the headset controls are enabled or disabled.

  14. Currently, when a user dials a Paging Group, all receiving phones in that group only display the Paging Group's extension number. There is no way for anyone receiving the page to know who or which location initiated the broadcast.

    This is a significant problem in critical environments like schools, hospitals, or warehouses where paging is used for emergencies.

As a result, all incoming calls are routed directly to voicemail, and the configured ring settings or call forwarding rules set in the Admin Portal → User Settings are not followed.

    The requested enhancement is to provide an option or behavior where, even if the desk phone is set to DND, the system will still follow the user’s configured ring settings — such as ringing their mobile phone, softphone app, or other forwarding numbers —…
