  4. The user desires to have the dial pad displayed in the center of the screen, rather than having to click on the dial pad icon located in the upper right corner. Downgrading the app to the previous version is not a viable solution, as it will automatically upgrade to the new version after a few months.

  5. Poly Lens is a great management tool developed by Poly (now HP) to allow administrators to push policies and custom configuration down to Poly handsets. They have some integrations already with Microsoft and Zoom. It would be fantastic to have RingCentral work with them to have RC added to their integrations list, allowing the phones to be provisioned to RingCentral but configuration managed by Poly Lens.

  6. the french local 09 numbers ex: +33912345678 , must be considered as local numbers in our dialplans as the 01,02,03, 04& 05 , not premium ones.

    the 09 numbers are free of charge (the only difference compared to the other local prefixes 01,02,03,04 & 05 is that the 09 numbers are non geographical). they must be all whitelisted as well on our SBC so that customers can reach them easily from any of our product REX, RCX, etc ....

  8. I already see this as a suggestion, but rather than comment, I am posting it again as a suggestion because that post is from 2020, and the option still doesn't exist. I am tired of having to constantly change my voicemail when out of the office or simply away from my desk. It would be great if we could have the option to save multiple custom voicemails.

  9. The customer is requesting to allow a Japanese toll-free Number as their Caller ID call to a local Japan number. However, this is restricted due to in-country regulations local carriers block the call and set it to auto-busy.

  10. I don't delete my voicemails right away but it would be nice, when I do go to clean it up, if I could delete a group of them or all of them at once. It appears I can only go into each individually to delete them and I don't have time for that.

  15. As ISDN and analogue lines will be phased out by major EU carriers. We need to provide a different PSTN backup via the Persist Gateway for users. We would need the possibility to use a SIP Trunk instead. The SIP Trunk should offer straightforward IP connectivity and the option for a registration type of SIP Trunk.

  16. We'd like to be able to set up our user extensions to ring back to the receptionist team rather than go to voicemail by default, such as when on DND, are on another call, or for any reason can't answer.

    Right now we can do this by setting "If no one answers" to "Forward the call" back to reception.

    However with the "If no one answers" setting is set that way (to anything other than "Send to voicemail"), the voicemail box is effectively disabled, so when a caller specifically requests to leave that extension a voicemail, the receptionist can no…

  20. Remove the missed call notification when a call comes into a user when they are using a custom answering rule. When the custom answering rule is forwarded to another extension, the call logs show a missed call. Please remove this functionality.
