  1. On a user's phone, there should be the correct current status be displayed.This is very helpful in a large office environment for colleagues to see, what is the status without having access to a soft client.

  2. 10 ----> 11 - initial call
    11 ---> 12 - put on hold 10, calls to 12 - in the display of 12 it shows talking with 11, and then 11 transfer 10 to 12.
    10 ---> 12 - 10 and 12 talk, in the display of 12 it shows talking with 10

    When the call ends, in the history of 12 it shows the call came from 11, and not from 10.

    Is there a way/configuration that in the history to show that the call came from 10 instead of 11? Yealink T46U

  3. Translate abbreviations in voicemail to text as abbreviations only. For example, it generally translates "PA" to Pennsylvania, which is not what we intended.

    Every participant in a group or group should have the following options:

  11. Adding speed dial on presence without the system adding 1 or 0 to the number. When adding a number to the presence, it automatically adds 1 (US) or 0 (UK), need a feature where it doesn't automatically adjust the number.

  15. Requesting to add the AI Notes feature for conference calls with 3 or more individuals and/or transcript of the call. We get AI Notes up to adding the 3rd caller & then notes stop once a 3rd person is added to the call.

  18. It could happen, that 2 calls attempts come in at nearly the same time. The user get both - has to decide, which to take - even when 'call waiting is off'.This should not happen - only one call should get passed though to the user.
