  2. If an agent has selected 'DND' for their status through either the desktop or phone app, it should also display that same status on the desk phone. This would be both a visual indicator and reminder of what status the agent has selected.

  4. Customer has built-in company email signature that cannot be removed and it's adding up 5 pages to the total fax attachment.
    RingCentral should be able to identify and not include it to the fax attachment.

  5. The customer would like an option to have a disabled feature for the extension that cannot be dialed when the caller is waiting in the queue. Because the system transfers the call to another extension (when dialed) when it detects it is an active extension.

  9. This should be based on a list of area codes from states that require two party consent for call recordings. On Avaya, we had the ability to add area codes to exclude in the acr.properties file. Whenever a call came in, the number would be checked and if the area code was in the acr.properties file, then the call would NOT be recorded.

  12. Currently, while on a call other incoming calls will ring, can be heard by all parties, and must be rejected. An option to turn on DND whenever a call is taking place would eliminate this distraction.

  14. I would love to be able to send a text from a template. It is useful when I am introducing myself to new clients. It would also be helpful to be able to hit a button when you have a call waiting to let them know you saw their call and will touch base with them when you become available. Modern cell phones an even smart watches have this option. Even the Bluetooth option on my car has an option to auto respond to texts. I believe this would be a valuable tool for agencies.   16. We have User Info disabled for our users so they don't accidentally change their name information. For some reason the ability for a USER to change their voicemail pin is tied to User Info. We need to be able to allow users to change their voicemail pin without enabling USER info in the role. Please add this as this seems like a basic request that should have been addressed already.

  20. When you are on an active RingCentral phone call or in a meeting, we would like to prevent your computer from engaging your screensaver when there is no keyboard or mouse activity. This is the behavior we experience with other similar applications (Webex, Teams, Zoom).
