    1. To have the capability to access the missed calls of other users from the desk phones.
    2. To have the capability to customize the role and have the visibility of the missed calls of a specific users only and not the entire call logs of the account.

  6. Please consider adding the full range of call blocking features to all extension types. Currently, only user extensions and call queues have the full set of call blocking features. Limited Extensions and Message Only Extensions do not have these call blocking capabilities but they are in need of them just as much, as they are also subject to unwanted calls. Customers are being forced to use user licenses to get call blocking features where Limited Extensions and Message Only Extensions are more appropriate. You shouldn't need a full user license to block calls.

  9. Customer prefer to have the simplest way of call forwarding, like when setting up call forwarding from User A , and then need to add User B on the list, if we can just add their license number and it should ring all the forwarding added on that user, though user B is using his RC Application.

  10. Customer caller ID is not showing up if they calling a different provider such as At&t. Customer wants the her company caller ID will be shown on all the Telco provider in the US.

HiIt could be very usefull to be able to customize the Email Notification.Making it more corporate, adding company logo, custom text and even customize the sending email address.The best will be the ability of sync the caller's information to our synced contact lists, to display the name and company of the incoming caller you missed.Kind regards

  16. On the MS Teams integration, when you open it, the default buttons you see are:
    Phone, Contacts, SMS, Fax & More.

    -We would like to have the ability to customize these buttons where we could either remove SMS & Fax for certain users or put SMS & Fax on the 3-dots option or more so it's not included on the default view.

  19. When having a second call comes through while I am on my desk phone with a client, the second incoming call does not make any alert sounds/beeps/rings. It only notifies on the desk phone that there is an incoming call. It would be nice to have the desk phone beep or ring while I am on the other line to notify that a second caller is calling.
