  1. I think this would be a very useful feature as some businesses have contacts that are in different locations and time zones. This feature would help prevent calling someone outside of their work hours. Perhaps having this as a feature to enable with an additional option to not let the call go through if the recipient is outside of normal business hours.

  2. Currently you only have the option to forward to voicemail, play an announcement, forward to extension or forward to external number for missed calls. This applies to all calls regardless if it's internal or external. It would be great if the system could differentiate between internal & external calls and perform an action against each.E.g. internal calls are played an announcement/engaged tone. External calls are forwarded to a hunt group

  3. This should match the physical phone settings as well. If I put my phone on DND, it does not show on the phone screen (which the preset buttons should turn red, as it does when someone is on a call) nor on the app to others that I'm busy. I shouldn't have to put my phone on DND through the app in order for others to see this. RingCentral really has taken a step back compared to Mitel.

  4. We would like to send texts to our employees and do a blind copy of all the numbers. Currently we can do a group text of up to ten people but it is not a blind copy. Is there a feature that we can use?

  5. RingCentral Desk Phone password change. Polycom desk phone revert back to its default password on the next after changing the password when devices are purchased from RingCentral and is locked.

    Needs to have a way to change password on the GUI without it going back to it default set up even if this is locked under RingCentral.

    This is prone to attack and has security rick.

  6. On the IVR Menu settings, there should be an option to route the call to a specific extension if the caller enters an invalid selection for nth time.

  7. Increase the Lines For Pick up Setting & Member in a call queue Increase from 25 to 50 or more..... You increased the call handling members but it would be nice for this so then others in our office or locations can see other queues ringing and help answer the phone.

  8. we are in need of a custom rule to route calls with no caller ID to a specific call queue and not the main line for our company. I understand this is not a feature currently in the system, but this is an urgent need for our business and hopefully could be looked at and set up soon.

  10. RingCentral should add a custom DNC.I would like to disable my company's outbound lines from calling my companies inbound lines.It would be nice to be able to quickly remove a client from being called.I would like to be able to upload a list of phone numbers, and my entire office would not be able to dial them. Similar to DNC, just a custom list.

  11. When attending a meeting (live or video) the RC status can be set to 'do not disturb' to avoid incoming calls. After the meeting it is often forgotten to set status back to 'available'. It would be very useful to set a timer to automatic change it back.

  12. The program does not allow for us to put the company info. in the template. I think this is a disadvantage because you are unable to say who the fax is to.

We run multiple business endeavors between my wife and I and we would find it helpful if we could log into multiple "phones" at the same time, similar to how multiple e-mail addresses can be accessed from a single email client. This would allow us to be able to "switch phones" right in the app, so that when I'm done with a call for my business, I can return a call from my wife's business without having to log out and log back in again.

  19. The current ring on the phone for a group call pick-up is very short. Is it possible to extend to a longer ring or multiple rings? While working in our work areas not paying attention to the desk phone a single ring is difficult to hear and an extended ring or multiple rings would be beneficial
