  3. We often send callers (or offer callers) the ability to leave a message in a message only extension, but we do not have any good reporting of how often this is being used. It would be really helpful to know when a patient selects to transfer to another extension by choice in RingCenteral, or alternatively is forced to go to a message only box

  4. Ability to have 2N Intercom phone call two user extensions simultaneously without delay. It works with call queue extensions that are configured with two user extensions but not when the 2N Intercom is set up to ring two separate user extensions at one time.

  5. Some users have asked for the ability to change the Call Park hold sound (currently set to typical ringing) to instead be music or a personalized audio message. This would greatly increase the chances of someone sticking around to complete their call when parked, as some people associate constant ringing with a failed transfer.

  7. Currently you only have the option to forward to voicemail, play an announcement, forward to extension or forward to external number for missed calls. This applies to all calls regardless if it's internal or external. It would be great if the system could differentiate between internal & external calls and perform an action against each.E.g. internal calls are played an announcement/engaged tone. External calls are forwarded to a hunt group

  8. We use Yealink TP-57W phones in our office. We are having an issue, whereby when someone is on the phone and that a new call is coming, the person on the phone cannot see who else is calling. How can we make sure they do (to know if ongoing call needs to be put on hold or not)? I am told that Ring Central does not offer that feature, that we had on our old analog Panasonic phones!!! How in the world (21st Century!!!), this is not available??????????)

  9. user accidentally can disabling the Ring and causing issues, there is setting for the J phones, it is the SET AUDASYS please try implement it and test, the feature is very important.

  12. Currently Cell phone app rings at same time as desktop app. There is no way to separate those functions.I would like the ability to assign the cell app to ring maybe 2 rings after the desktop app allowing me to pick up from desk before it starts ringing my cell as well.

  15. The ability to configure the app/desk phone where the volume remains the same when there is an additional incoming call.

    Right now, if an agent is on a call and a call comes in on the back line, the volume significantly decreases on the active call.

  17. Dino is on the phone and I ask for a call back when he is off.When his line is free, my phone then rings and once I pick it up, his phone then starts to ring.Saves me having to keep looking at my desk phone to see when he is off his call. It was a great built in Mitel feature.

  19. Allowing the other forwarding set up of an extension to ring directly to an incoming call to the same extension when the owner of it is currently in line. No longer ringing or notifying again the extension that there's another incoming call but jumping right to the next ring extension added on the forwarding.

  20. We currently have a larger group setup for all of our support staff. Because of the amount of noise in that chat, many people turn off notifications, and users know if they want someone's attention to @mention them. That works fine. The feature request comes when I want to mention a smaller subset of people who are all members of another team. So for example, I have a team called All Support and there are 30 people in that team.
