set the number of times an IVR loops to less than 3
I want callers to hear a prompt one time and no more in my main IVR even if they don't press anything. It would seem that the default of 3 loops through the message is hard coded. The problem from some of our customers is that touch tones don't always work from certain telephone carriers to RingCentral IVR. Selecting a menu option doesn't work in that case or maybe they are driving and can't press an option while driving. ability to disable call recording

Block Company name on Caller ID when using primary number
When choosing to use your personal number and not the main company number, have the option of not having the company name show up as well. I don't like to use "Blocked" as then people don't pick up, yet I occasionaly don't want people necessarily to know where I'm calling from.

Ability to program Page Only extensions (*84XXXX) on Cisco phone Line Keys
It does not make sense that you could program a user extension on a line key, but cannot program a Page Only extension or external phone number as a Line Key. Please fix this.

Option to Include Ext number in Presence
Right now only the logged on user is diplayed on the Polycom phone. We need to add the extension as well. We recently had an emergency and a user picked up a nearby phone and made a page but he did not know the extension of the phone he was using.

Add Any and All Extensions to Presence List
Please add the ability to add all extensions to presence lists. Including call queues, message-only extensions, announcements, etc. Getting expansion modules should be able to retrieve all extensions, not just those for MVP users.

Add audio indication when user gets a call as an overflow agent
Add audio indication when user gets a call as an overflow agent. Right now only the line flashes, but having an audio indication would be helpful. A flashing only line can easily be missed

Option to choose a call out number on a desk phone
We have two companies. It would be nice to use the same desk phone to make calls from different company phone number without having to change it in admin portal.

Manual Override by Human for port out required.. Complaint filed with FCC today
Been trying for 6 weeks to port number out. I enter info from portal/my bill/account. My zip codes have not changed, but transfer fails with "invalid zip code". Repeated same steps 20X. Many hours wasted talking to RingCentral and Fi. It's a way to force customers to stay. Remaining choice is to abandon my business phone number of 25 years, and get a new one. Very, very bad RingCentral!

Droppng a call into VM
There is no way to transfer a call directly into someone's voicemail. Sometimes callers will request to leave a message for someone but in order to put them into the voicemail the phone has to ring out to be connected to the voicemail. There needs to be a option to hit a button to transfer directly to voicemail without the phone ringing out first.

Disclaimer playback during a call
During a call (not at the start of a call) a person may need to play a legal disclaimer or other pre-recorded audio clip. It would be nice if the caller could trigger the audio clip playback during the call and then return to the call once the audio clip is over. Please note, that if this is a recorded call, then the audio clip should be included in the recording as well.

When a call comes in and one user is on the phone already every staff member extension needs to see who the incoming call is in order to best route.

Merging app with web site
Cleaning out and organizing my faxes is quite difficult. I need the information on both the app and the website to see which ones to delete or which ones I need to handle. The app has the view eye that allows you to see the fax sent but the website you have to download it in order to blow it up to see the fax in question. The app does not have the attachment details so you have to see the website for that. I end up having to have the app and the website open to clean out my…

Local dial-in number needed for Vancouver BC
When starting a conference call, there is no dial-in number for Vancouver, BC on the drop-down list of the available numbers. The only numbers provided are for ON, AB, NS, NL, QC.

Update CNAME for all Carries in US and Canada
Currently there are no automated way to update CNAME for carries in Canada or in US. This is causing a loss of sales revenue. Sales teams using RC to make calls and client are simply not answering because they think it is spam.Other issue is that caller id mainly in Canada and some carries in US doesnt show RC caller id and only shows the number not the CNAME

Placing outbound calls thru desktop app, but dialing out from desktop phone.
I have a customer that is in the banking industry and needs the ability for tellers to originate outbound calls from the desktop RC app on their PC, but have it dial out from their desktop phone. The tellers aren't allowed to wear headsets, so they need a solution where they initiate the call from the desktop app, and then the call dials out from their desktop phone (as they will have the desktop phone to their ear).

It would be great if we had a call forward busy call handling option where the call could go directly to voicemail
so when someone is on a call, the person is not bothered by a second call ringing

Company name integration with RC dialer
Currently, in the RC app (desktop and remote), when integrated with contacts in Outlook, an individual name can be entered and the associated phone number will popup. However, if a company name is entered (and the Outlook contact for the company correctly shows the company as a business), RC will not locate the number. RC's competitors (for instance, 8x8) have this feature. Similarly, with a competitor, when a company name is entered, all individuals associated with the company show up.
