  2. Would like to request for an option for Host of an audio conferencing to have the capability / Key press / command or shortcut to admit participant manually. to have manual waiting room before initiating the actual audio conference.

  3. Would be beneficial for queues to have ability to have distinctive ring. That way, if someone is member of multiple queues they can hear ring and discern which group that calling is coming in through. I know we can show queue name, however we have had requested audible ring identifier as well.

  7. You know how everyone business getting hit with spam likely? One way to avoid this is to get your prospect to add your contact to their phone. You can do this via SMS by sending a contact card. You can send them to android but not to iphone. We need this fixed ASAP!

  8. Users should be able to search Area code from the "My caller ID" section. User has to scroll through a number of area codes, it would be a lot easier if users can search area codes and a list of numbers attached to the area code is displayed.

Add an option to either announce the caller's (phone number / Contact Name / Both / Neither ) when listening to voicemails.This would be useful if the user does not see the caller's information on screen (app, web, desk phone, etc) This would benefit users who listen to voicemailsThis feature could be added in voicemail setup per user/extension/call queue in the same place where Greeting settings are locatedOr it could be grouped with other settings related to "Listening/accessing voicemails"

  11. For international calling, it would be beneficial for customers to be notified when a country has been blocked by RC on our account. Although in the international calling rates section in the admin portal all the countries are enabled, RC monitors and blocks some countries. We practice international law and our attorneys call various countries. We would not know which countries have been blocked until attempting to call, which you then need to submit a whitelisting form which can take 24-48 hours to process. Being notified or having access to view a list of which countries are blocked will help…

  15. In our buildings we have a handful of full user phones but most are shared house phones using limited extensions. In an emergency it would be helpful to be able to call a paging group from a limited extension, At present Ring does not allow this.

  17. The presence feature is set up for users 1, 2, and 3.
    User 1 missed the call and forwards it to User 2. User 2 incoming call shows up on User 3 deskphone display but will not light up giving User 3 the ability to pick up the call.

    It would help if users will also have the ability to pick up calls (using the presence feature) that was forwarded to another extension.

  19. Pressing One to answer should be optional. This is an unnecessary and in many cases unwanted step. It also can be dangerous because in many cases because often calls forward to a driver who has to press one while driving.

  20. our firm uses actual phones (yealink) we are unable to see when someone is on DND and therefore we try to intercom them as well as send them calls. We need a way to see if someone is avaialble
