  2. The program does not allow for us to put the company info. in the template. I think this is a disadvantage because you are unable to say who the fax is to.

  3. Many times a user receives a voicemail and want to forward it to another user to handle. We cannot receive voicemails via email, so forwarding a voicemail to another extension is a highly valuable feature. This allows the person who received the voicemail to forward it and add additional info to the next recipient without having to write it down and give it to the other person.

  4. Many of our users have custom rules with a custom voicemail greeting. They use them for "out of office", "in a meeting", "out to lunch", etc. When a Custom rule is applied, the custom greeting is heard by callers dialing the DID and through the main line but anyone internal who dials that user's extension does not hear the custom greeting. They only hear the user's standard greeting. Currently the "extension" is not listed as one of the conditions in Custom Rules so we cannot select it. This would be very useful to have this feature.   6. The current ring on the phone for a group call pick-up is very short. Is it possible to extend to a longer ring or multiple rings? While working in our work areas not paying attention to the desk phone a single ring is difficult to hear and an extended ring or multiple rings would be beneficial

  8. It would be nice to play the hold music from desktop phone at the touch of a button. This will be especially useful when a radio station can be played when on hold.

  9. The company needs to provision a line to be able to make the phone work using taxicaller app. The other service provider can provision even without authorization ID and can use subscriber information only.

  10. It will be useful so that the recipient can easily identify the extension number of the person who is calling so when the customer callback he can just type in the extension number, to avoid hold time on queue.

  11. when a shared line is in an active call, and a new call comes in, customer should have the call waiting option, where they can see an incoming call and be able to answer it.

  12. people that are hard of hearing need closed captions for phone calls too; not just video meetings. This feature should be accessible in the Phone App and for voice mail; it should provide a text version of the voice mail.

  14. Requesting a KB article or a guide for the number type and license for RingCentral products on how and specific destination is available to calls. Also, include restricted areas and caller ID's to use that will not violate the region that is being called.

  15. When a user pages a group it displays the group name on the recipients phone, no one knows who is initiating the page. We use this feature as a PANIC button and so it is important to know who is initiating the page.

  17. Made a test call to a tester account and it works. When they call other RC numbers & other numbers, it shows one of the user's name on it which they didn't set up at all.

When a user is already on a call, and another call comes in, the phone continually rings over the original call.This makes it difficult to hear the original caller.I would propose that if a user is on a call and another comes in, RC makes a single ring tone to indicate another call is waiting, then just leave the pickup wizard on screen for the user to interact with.
