Received a call from inmates
For a lawyer, it's important to receive a phone call from inmates if they are using a pay phone. The customer is using Securus is set up so that inmates can call their office. Hopefully this can be added as a feature that calls from inmates can received thru RC number

I would like to add speed dial buttons to all phones in an office (i.e. copy services, building security, etc) via some kind of template for the phone.

Allow Mexico outbound calls or forwarding in International Toll Free Service
International Toll Free Services number regulations for oubound calls or fowarding a call to another number. Currently, Mexico callers are not able to forward a call to another Mexico destination due to the regulation mandated in some carriers.

SHORTCUT ON DIAL PAD SCREEN FOR OUTBOUND CALLER ID, PLEASE!!!
Many users on occasion need to block CALLER ID on OUTBOUND calls. It can be done, but it's too time consuming!

Allow Presence line call routing or forwarding back to originating extension
An administrative assistant who has a presence line on their handset, answers the presence line extension and determines that the caller should leave a message to the originating extension. There isn't a way at this moment for the call to be routed or transferred to the originating extension.

Forward a voicemail to another extension
Many times a user receives a voicemail and want to forward it to another user to handle. We cannot receive voicemails via email, so forwarding a voicemail to another extension is a highly valuable feature. This allows the person who received the voicemail to forward it and add additional info to the next recipient without having to write it down and give it to the other person.

Phone contacts sync with Microsoft Outlook
Previously on Mitel, customer was able to sync contacts from phone and Microsoft Outlook. Please add this feature to RingCentral.

Multiple RingCentral Profiles, Simultaneously Logged In
We run multiple business endeavors between my wife and I and we would find it helpful if we could log into multiple "phones" at the same time, similar to how multiple e-mail addresses can be accessed from a single email client. This would allow us to be able to "switch phones" right in the app, so that when I'm done with a call for my business, I can return a call from my wife's business without having to log out and log back in again.

Add options for enabling call recording announcement
Please add an option under Automatic Call Recoding that will allow for us to chose to enable the announcement for Internal calls.Currently the three options are:1) Play periodic tones for outbound calls2) Play Call Recording Announcement for Outbound Calls 3) Allow mute in auto call recording This has been asked before and turned down with the reasoning of ADMIN RESPONSE May 3, 2023Our Product and Legal teams have confirmed that this feature will not be implemented as it exposes RingCentral to unnecessary vulnerabilities. Allow others to see DND status through the phone settings not just the app
This should match the physical phone settings as well. If I put my phone on DND, it does not show on the phone screen (which the preset buttons should turn red, as it does when someone is on a call) nor on the app to others that I'm busy. I shouldn't have to put my phone on DND through the app in order for others to see this. RingCentral really has taken a step back compared to Mitel.

Ability to answer more than 1 call from a call queue.
Would be nice to have the ability to answer more than 1 call when some calls into a call queue. We have a store that gets a lot of calls and the ability to place a call on a brief hold to answer another would be a great feature.

BCC Texting
We would like to send texts to our employees and do a blind copy of all the numbers. Currently we can do a group text of up to ten people but it is not a blind copy. Is there a feature that we can use?

Option to Route the Callers to an Extension after nth time Invalid Key Pressed while in the IVR.
On the IVR Menu settings, there should be an option to route the call to a specific extension if the caller enters an invalid selection for nth time.

Custom Rule for calls with no caller ID
we are in need of a custom rule to route calls with no caller ID to a specific call queue and not the main line for our company. I understand this is not a feature currently in the system, but this is an urgent need for our business and hopefully could be looked at and set up soon.

Enable Teams on Poly CCX Phones
To fully integrate an office with the RingCentral Teams App the Poly CCX phones should also work with Ring Central when set to the Teams Third Party App

Closed caption in Phone app
people that are hard of hearing need closed captions for phone calls too; not just video meetings. This feature should be accessible in the Phone App and for voice mail; it should provide a text version of the voice mail.

Allow Limited extensions to call paging groups
In our buildings we have a handful of full user phones but most are shared house phones using limited extensions. In an emergency it would be helpful to be able to call a paging group from a limited extension, At present Ring does not allow this.
