MS Teams in a meeting status
The RingCentral presence does sync to MS Teams, but the MS Teams presence does not sync to RingCentral. I have been in MS Teams Meetings before which auto set my MS Teams presence to busy and forgot to turn off Accept Queue Calls. During my meeting, I will receive an incoming call from RingCentral. Only if I specifically turn off Accept Queue Calls will I not receive a call
Hoping that eventhugh I did not disable or off accept call queue calls my status will still read as not available since I am on meeting on MS Teams.

RC for Salesforce - Softphone

Get Call Record Detail directly from telephonySessionId
telephonySessionId is the value that the API RingOut return to the client after a success outbound call is originated. And this is also the unique key across multiple Webhook events related to a single call. This is the only info that the client application know about the call, so accessing the Call Record Detail using this telephonySessionId is a must have feature because filtering this value using the API List User Call Records will slower that getting the record detail directly using API Get User Call Record.
I hope you can make the API Get User Call Record accept telephonySessionId…

RC for Hubspot - Call Logs and Recordings
We need to sync all call records and transcripts done within Ringcentral with Hubspot so all interactions appear on our Hubspot contact records. The problem I've found with all options I have found and tested is that one integration only integrates contact info and the other integration only logs calls done within Hubspot via the Ringcentral for Hubspot integration.

Guest accounts (B2B Collabaration Users) in Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure AD) should not sync along with regular contacts (Members) when using the MS Teams embedded dialer app. At a minimum, there should be an option to include or exclude Members/Guests when syncing Contacts.Many organizations use B2B Collaboration to provide single sign-on to their customers which causes large numbers of user records and it is not normal behavior for apps to sync these records by default when syncing contact records. Multiple accounts
Hi,
I have multiple accounts with ring central. It is difficult to keep on track with different accounts since we are can only log into one account at a time. I believe I am not the only person with multiple accounts, Is there a way to be able to switch from one acct to another under 1 umbrella log-in without logging out of one? Option to send fax using RingCentral for Salesforce.
We've found that our email-to-fax doesn't appear to work when we email out of Salesforce. We are using the same Gmail accounts, is there a setting we need to change so email-to-fax can be used directly out of Salesforce? Option to send fax using RingCentral for Salesforce.
