For security reasons, the customer SFIL MUST disable file sharing in Glip to avoid propagation of viruses.When disabling file sharing in Glip Admin, users can still exchange Code Snippet.Customer demonstrated that they were able to share EICAR virus using this feature.They consider this as a security threat and want to disable that capability of sharing code snippet when file sharing is disabled.

  3. The request is to be able to transfer live call to RingCentral Co-worker (warm, blind, to VM). Currently, when on a live call, RC for Dynamics offers ability for user to transfer. However, search results yield CRM contacts only

Can you please create a direct integration with Freshworks/Freshsuite CRM to connect to call directly through Freshworks CRM and connect calls and recordings to contacts in Freshworks CRM? also to connect files, video messaging, scheduling, SMS and team and customer chat all through Ringcentral frominside the Freshworks/Fresh Suite CRM without having to use a paid connector 3rd party PLEASE!!

  5. when someone calls the main line and the recipient of the call from a queue must be notified even if they are on a busy status.
    just like dialing the direct line of the ext lets say they are on a call and there is incoming calls they heard a beep sound with the information of the caller but call queue are stop receiving calls or notif when they are on a busy status

  6. Give the customer the ability to change the way an inbound number appears. For instance we currently had a customer integrate their fax server and previously the inbound number was formatted like this: 239/123-4567. Now when they get a fax, the inbound number shows up like this: +12391234567 and this is causing then to have to reprogram their fax server.

  9. Some customers use Teams as their primary collaboration and calling application, with 1,000's of users using MS Teams. Adding MSI support for the new RingCentral Embedded Dialer Plug-In for MS Teams would be a way to be able to strategically deploy it.

  13. While testing inbound calls into my RingCentral extension, I noticed that I do not get notifications on my cell phone's MS Teams with the RingCentral embedded app. If I log in to the RingCentral mobile app, I do get notified but only on the RingCentral mobile app.

  17. ...nce it has been integrated.. RingCentral for Hubspot currently allows users to use click-to-dial on any numbers they see in Hubspot. However, Hubspot has a 'Call' icon on every contact which allows them to make calls via Hubspot and it the option to have it use RingCentral for outbound calling once integrated will be much more ideal.

Purolator wants to arm their drivers with Zebra devices with the RC App. they need the calls to go over the cellular data network and use the carrier minutes ONLY when cell data is not available. The plan they have with their current provider offers unlimited data but carrier calls are very expensive and is only to be used when absolutely necessary.

  19. I have a local Windows based server that automatically sorts all faxes located in a certain directory to correct patient folders. We receive hundreds of faxes per day throughout the day and it is tedious and time consuming to dedicate staff to manually download these fax files throughout the day. It would be advantageous if RingCentral could automatically forward these files directly into a folder on my server as they are received without requiring user intervention. For example my Domain is called LTD. As faxes are received at RingCentral they are forwarded into //LTD/Received Faxes/FileName.tif.
