  2. Customers who have experienced legitimate links sent by SMS signalled by Spam as end users will like to know the numbers that reported the spam.
    This will help them edit their mailing list and avoid their SMS from being tagged as Spam.

  3. Automator is available for all users regardless of their role which is normally fine. However, there are instances that it would be favorable to allow admins to disable Automator since it it's configured incorrectly it can effectively cause more problems than help.

    There is no specific permission under Roles & Permissions that we can modify in order to achieve this and it will be helpful if we will be given the option.

Currently the RingCentral CarPlay support is not great if you compare it to iMessage.It would be fantastic if the RingCentral app itself was made available in Apple CarPlay so that you could scroll through and see your contacts, see your texts, and click on a contact and call them, all from the CarPlay dashboard.Currently, only voice commands are supported, which isn't always very helpful.   14. The calling mode in Salesforce, and majority of our supported apps only usually allow to them to select either 'RingCentral App, RingCentral Phone, Browser, and RingOut'.

    The RingOut is usually a workaround, however, is depends strictly on the user's call handling settings which may cause their app to ring. If we could have the option to select Deskphone wherein they won't be interrupted by their RingCentral app it would benefit a lot of users especially people who use CRMs for Sales are accustomed to using their deskphone.

People love learning new things but people LOVE showing off the new things they have learned (bragging rights haha)The how to videos are great but a daily reminder or pop up will help keep all this amazing information locked in and relevant.. Daily useful tips/tricks for new and advanced users (essentially like a tiktok for RC)

  18. Having the feature to update a setting that will apply to all users in RingCentral for Salesforce or any integrated application via Admin access would be helpful.

    As an example, if an Admin wants their users to call from the RingCentral Phone or Browser, the Admin can just easily change the settings which will apply to all users.

  19. Entities that also contains a contact field, and the contact/s that matches the phone number is listed in that field. These entities are considered as associated with the contact/s that's calling or being called. Currently, I believe this is limited to: Accounts, Cases, and Opportunities.

  20. Please add a TODAY button for the calendar on the mobile app. If we want to look at an appointment two weeks ago or next month, we have to scroll through week by week and then if we want to get back to today, we have to scroll the other way to get back to today.
