Unified CRM - Clio 3-way call
Is it possible to do a 3-way call in the CRM extension? I just tried to do this with a client and the attorney. I could hear both of them, but they could not hear each other and I couldn’t see any way to merge the calls. I tried to start over and add the attorney to the call with the client. It looked like that was working, but it never rang for the attorney.

Outbound Calls in MS Dynamics 365
Clicking the Dial button / Phone icon in the Home page of Dynamics 365 only pull up the RC App for outbound calls and not using the RC for Teams Desktop Plugin. The RC for Teams DP only works when clicking the phone number to make outbound calls in the Contacts page of Dynamics 365.

Option to increase the size of the CTI dialer
It would be great if we had the option to increase the size of the CTI dialer using RingCentral for Salesforce. This way, we will be able to complete the notes while logging the call without scrolling up or down.
It's very convenient if we can increase at least the height of the dialer.

RC for Hubspot calls not creating Hubspot activity for non-existing contacts
Hello, we are using RingCentral through our Hubspot CRM. Calls made using RingCentral are not being registered in Hubspot. As we track call volumes, we need to make sure all RC activity is logged in our Hubspot app.

Outlook auto update
We have used a command line along with the msi tool for IT to deploy the RingCentral Desktop app with auto-update enabled. We hare having issues with RingCentral for Outlook not auto-updating. How can I do something similar for the RingCentral for Outlook to make sure it auto-updates?

Salesforce Call Routing
Customer already have an existing IVR and it's setup properly as their current auto receptionist call routing. They have SF integration and wants a separate the call routing for thier customers. What the cx wanted is if their cx doesn't have a record on their SF they want it to route the call to an IVR but if their caller already have a record then it should go straight to the respective member assigned for that record. We currently do not have a feature available, even if it's integrated with Salesforce.

RC for Zapier - Inbound Call Recording triggers
I do utilize multi-step zaps in Zapier and it appears that my new call recordings and voicemail are now flowing into my CRM. I still need to figure out how to send the old call recordings because Zapier won’t allow me to just replay filtered zaps.
