Microsoft/Google contacts in Salesforce add-on
Now that RingCentral supports voice in the web addon for Salesforce, it would be very useful to support Google & Microsoft contacts. Indeed, Salesforce is usually used by a portion of the customer. Therefore, it is important to be able to contact your colleagues that are not in salesforce. This is usually the company directory that is available in Microsoft/Google.

Integration with ClientBase CRM for travel agencies and tour operators
ClientBase is the largest install CRM in the travel marketplace and being able to integrate calls, IMs etc into each ClientBase record would be very useful. ClientBase has connections for traveler records but also to airline, tour and cruise line inventories and invoices.

Streaming music to be played to users on hold; music needs to match what's being played in store
Note, each example uses a different type of streaming music. If this item is considered, we could offer a "one size fits all" option that the customer could choose to implement. We are not advocating for every individual instance

Add Google/Outlook Contacts to RingCentral App
Add the ability to import Google contacts or Outlook contacts, just like in the RingCentral Phone app. I see an option to add calendars from those services, but not contacts.I have all my Google contacts in the Phone app, but when I look at texts in the RingCentral app, all I see is the phone number. This results in me using two separate apps, receiving two streams of notifications, and having to clear out two sets of unread message/call flags in order to easily make calls, send texts, and communicate with my team.

Support multiple new (file) attachments for CreatePost in Team Messaging REST API
Currently CreatePost only supports existing attachments found in RingCentral.To POST a file, one must POST to '.../glip/files', with a single file. This automatically creates a Post with a single attachment (the file) and nothing else (no text, mentions, etc).A User should be able to include text, mentions, etc, and any number of (new) attachments in a single Post - as is already supported by the RingCentral Desktop Application.

Integration for Voicemails to be added to CRM
Setting up Zapier between our CRM and Ringcentral, I noticed it showed Voicemail: Available but not shown. I wonder if there would be a way to have the transcription to be available in order to write a note or log a call in our CRM with that text. We can log a missed call or that we have a voicemail but would love for it go ahead and put the transcription in the contact in our database. We use Followup Boss (a widely used CRM for real estate agents).

Glip needs to interface with accounting software like QBO and Zoho Books
Project/task management (Glip) is very limited (and useless for us) if the work we do (tasks) can't be attributed to work done for internal (company) and external (client) projects. So we do not use Glip. Instead we use a real PM app (Zoho Projects and CRM). Please consider creating the sync/integration for Zoho Books (bookkeeping/accounting software).

Offer Ring Central app with Sandboxing disabled for Citrix deployments
We have been testing the Ring Central App in our Citrix environment. Users log in via Wyse terminals running ThinOS 9.1+. Since there is no Ring Central workspace plugin for ThinOS we are required to rely on HDX redirection.The issue is that Chrome/Chromium apps run with audio sandboxing making the detection of certain audio hardware (specifically microphones) impossible when the end client is running on ThinOS. StorEDGE integration
This is one of the most popular rental software, however, its downfall is its messaging, call management, and customizability. It's great as a rental software but nothing beyond that. Pass the Caller ID (ANI) & Phone # Dialed (DNIS) data through CTI integration.Specifically with Salesforce CTI integration & call logging, other RC data is passed into Salesforce task fields like call duration, call direction, call result & even a link to the call recording (if applicable). Currently, the Caller ID (ANI) is passed through to the Subject task field, but with other text included (i.e. “Inbound from +12223334444”). As with other RC data, the Caller ID (ANI) & Phone # Dialed (DNIS) should be passed to respective Salesforce task fields.

Ribbon Option in Outlook for RC Scheduler Outlook Add-In
With the RC Outlook Plug-in for Windows and Mac, the plug-in had a ribbon displayed on Outlook. Since this feature does not exist with the RC Scheduler Outlook add-in, RingCentral should make the RC Scheduler be displayed as a ribbon instead of having to click through to "New Appointment" or "New Event"

Add SFDC as a connected account for contact imports
Request is to add SFDC to the list of connected accounts to pull in contacts. Enabling this setting would import Salesforce address book contacts, and view opportunities for customer accounts in RingEX.
